Super soft cotton donut - 超级软棉花甜甜圈


这个donut,绝对可以用惊艳来形容它。
从来没有试过的口感,脆脆酥酥软软的,超赞!
第一次做donut,第一次做油炸的小吃,还好无惊无险的完成了~

食谱来自Chef William

Ingredients:
(A)
  • WS Palffy Deli-soft Margerine  160g
  • Whole Eggs  4nos
  • Castor Sugar  100g
  • Salt  10g

(B)
  • Bread Flour (High Protein Flour)  500g
  • Plain Flour  500g
  • Milk Powder  30g
  • Double Action Baking Powder  1tsp
  • Bread Improver  1tsp
  • Fermipan Instant Yeast  15g
  • Chilled Water  250g

Method:
  1. Combine ingredients (A), blend it well.
  2. Combine with ingredients (B) mix with ingredients (A) and add in water. Knead dough into a smooth dough and become fully elastic dough.
  3. Cover the dough in a bowl and let the dough fermentation for 30 minutes.
  4. Flatten dough into thin sheet, then use donut cutter to cut into round shape or weight 40-50g. Final proof for about 30-35 minutes until double inside.
  5. Deep fried the dough and make up.
