从来没有试过的口感,脆脆酥酥软软的,超赞!
第一次做donut,第一次做油炸的小吃,还好无惊无险的完成了~

食谱来自Chef William。
Ingredients:
(A)
- WS Palffy Deli-soft Margerine 160g
- Whole Eggs 4nos
- Castor Sugar 100g
- Salt 10g
(B)
- Bread Flour (High Protein Flour) 500g
- Plain Flour 500g
- Milk Powder 30g
- Double Action Baking Powder 1tsp
- Bread Improver 1tsp
- Fermipan Instant Yeast 15g
- Chilled Water 250g
Method:
- Combine ingredients (A), blend it well.
- Combine with ingredients (B) mix with ingredients (A) and add in water. Knead dough into a smooth dough and become fully elastic dough.
- Cover the dough in a bowl and let the dough fermentation for 30 minutes.
- Flatten dough into thin sheet, then use donut cutter to cut into round shape or weight 40-50g. Final proof for about 30-35 minutes until double inside.
- Deep fried the dough and make up.
